MAMC Karting Championship

The Mid Antrim Motor Club run an indoor karting championship which is held at Need for Speed Karting, Doagh. This championship is held on the first Tuesday of each month and starts at 7.45pm (November is first Monday).

This championship has been running since 1992, and it has been won by some of the best drivers N.Ireland has to offer.

Although the championship runs over the 12 months of the year, it is only the competitors best 6 scores that count for the championship. This means that you can afford to miss a few months but still challenge for the title. The idea behind this championship is to allow motorsport enthusiasts to participate and test themselves in a very competitive championship, against top competitors from various disciplines in N.Ireland motorsport without the expenses that occur in rallying or racing.  All this while having lots of banter and making friends.

Everyone is welcome to come along for the craic, no matter how inexperienced.
